About Parry Drake

The Importance of Place! The Place of Importance! As a Fairfield County resident for more than 20 years, Parry Drake has an "insider's view" of the local residential real estate market. He's a full-time agent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Greenwich CT. Drake worked for Merrill Lynch in NYC as an instructional designer. "I learned the importance of researching the correct financial instruments to meet individual investor goals. In real estate, I research current inventory in order to find the best property for a buyer. I truly enjoy educating buyers and sellers on real estate market conditions and inventory."
